Because the grinding is way too extreme , imo, making the game boring unless you are prepared to pay a substantial amount of money in iaps .

Want to try it but internet here in ph sucks expensive and freaking slow and not that stable.So i guess i'll pass, played dead trigger 2 for a week and after that delete coz of internet connection oh well guess that's life.

Just did Survival>Nutrient Processing>Nightmare>Long, and only got 7k xp. Would still need to do this 9 times to lvl up from 14 to 15. That said, it's still pretty heavy on the grind to level up. Sure each "long survival" session doesnt take a while, but it feels like aheavy grind coz of the repetition in which you really have to keep repeating the same thing over and over to level up.

Since the update, the gear I get as reward for completing any task is MUCH worse than it used to be. Lots of common stuff. Is it just me? I'm considering blowing this game off now.

Agreed . This is the first ever game that I have bought an iap for, just to reward its developers for their efforts to bring a true console quality shooter to mobile but still the game is extremely annoying . Having to replay the same missions over and over, unless you want to give 75 gems each time , to level up and reach the next main mission is irritating to say the least . The weapons and armor you need to have a chance in the game is extremely expensive too . Playing this as a normal fps, without grinding , would cost at least 60-70 .

^iirc, it's essentially the slots that you "gem" with codexes you get from the shop and from drops. Someone else may be able to give you a clearer answer if you post your question 11 more times.
