They're purely optional like in a lot of mobile games. Haven't seen any pop up in mid play just because. You can choose to watch ads to give you more gold and bonuses. You'll definitely want to as they're very worth it in this particular game.
There's a lot more than 20 levels. There's 5 different areas/stages with a bunch of missions/levels per stage. I'm just on stage 4 and am on level 59 so far. So there's still a bunch more levels on this stage plus however many are on stage 5. Plenty of levels to go through for this game, plus whatever they add later...
Given what I've seen by now (not a single forced ADS), this game is 5 stars for me. Congratulations, big game!
This game is awesome. Very well balanced, will keep you playing for hours.. Love the pixel art. There is also an in-game forum, with devs answering questions, teasing, and accepting suggestions. Pretty cool feature.
I'm not getting any more ads to watch?! Anyone else having this problem? Are devs aware? Great game, just hope they fix so one can watch ads again!
Any tips for the first level in the third world? Seems the starting zom one-shots everything I try to throw at it...
Managed to clear the first 3 worlds, but now the difficulty has spiked up... What team are you guys using for World 4 and 5? And what levels should I train them to?
