How do you get double kills? Im at the point of owning a maxed out grenade launcher and can get big combos - I've done the 250 kill combo, but the mission to get double kills always says 0/ 200 whenever I die. I'm thinking this is a bug as the grenade kills a lot in one blast.

i had to scroll all the way down my purchase history and redownloaded from there normally at least. hopefully its not in the store for some update like the devs said The new TD game is ok but im not much for them anyway. Good to hear a proper sequel is in the works!
The game was removed from stores by our previous publisher Chillingo. We are going to relaunch it soon.

Restore purchase button missing Hi, I bought the double trouble bike that includes the Gatling gun thing when I first got the game and I have now gotten a new phone and redone loaded the app and there is no restore purchases button so I was wondering how exactly I would go about redeeming my previous purchases.
The game has been re-released by Mobirate (the original developers) with a new monetization system and now IAPs are only for consumables, so there's no way to restore purchases. I believe that's not the case, but if you're not on iOS 11 yet you could download the old app from your purchase history.
