Oh ok. Some of my games are like 200mb download at first but after I open the game first time it then gets 500mb download inside the game for the rest of the content. And then sometimes I get updates every day for a few days and sometimes once a week.

Can y'all create that for Dawn of Crafting so that u can update the game at any time with no waiting on approval?

Not with the current code. If we'd known the stuff we know now, we wouldn't have coded in such a way.

But the next game, we will set it up like that from the beginning.

I've seen so many developers come out with a hit game and they are featured on Apple's top new games of the week, and they are huge hits, and I've never heard of them, and then I look at their other games and it turns out they have have already made great games in the past that few people knew about.. so then it's like everyone gets treated with 3-5 new great games all in 1 day because Apple featured only their newest game and ppl discover their other previous gaems bcuz of that.

So never give up on developing for Apple because you might have 4 great hits like super good games before Apple spotlights you and then u get 20,000,000 downloads in a month randomly. I'd expect most game develops to put in the hard work for 5-10 years before expecting to get famous for the hard work.

It's rareThat game devs get featured in Apple store with only 1 game on their tool belt and then get 20m downloads but it still happens.

You guys have the quality minds to do it so I believe it will happen. Idk if Dawn of Crafting has been featured but I know Ur future games will forsure as long as it's not released early. Definitely play the game for a year before releasing it if u can get enough money to wait a year. Post a new game that is Blizzard polished and apple will be more likely to feature you.

Unfortunately apple loves featuring free games full of Gacha iAP which really trashes the app store and gives a horrible incentive to other game developers. Free games with IAPs and ads are like cancer. Sure it'll bring in lots of money but apple doesn't want there to be a cure because they make too much money off of it.

If y want to make lots of money develop a new free gacha chemotherapy (like a new game). It will not be the cure to cancer (IAPs and ads) but it will bring in lots of "residual" income. Normal people get it for free and few can pay their own Bill but mainly the insurance companies are the only ones that can afford the drug (like the stuff in the game) and the insurance companies are what keep the drug on the market (like in the app store), and the insurance companies (rich players) are how the developers get mega rich and get their money back. Sure, it is a flame thrower that destroys all good cells and bad cells alike (good and bad players), and causes permanent DNA damage after 2 rounds (like cause permanent app store damage) can, but it brings in that residual income.

Middle note: I kno I'm young but I listen to old people like 35 year oldies and my doctors a lot like 70 year oldies. So that why I know so much. Anyway keep"going:

Now some games Don't need to be chemotherapy to make money off cancer. Some developers like to practice alternative medicine to make healthy treatments like Vitamin C IVs (games with upfront fees and no ads and no gacha IAPs). Insurance companies (rich players) won't support these games, but all across the world people are caching on and it's become the standard practice in the all natural world for alternative doctors to use all natural IVs (natural games like they used to be) with no side effects (no ads no gacha iAP) and some people make mega bucks and are healing a lot of people of cancer (healing gamers of Gacha iAP damage) and some people waste lots of money buying them and are never healed but there are lots of people that are,

Which is why MD Anderson, the top cancer hospital treatment center in America (like the top game developers), is doing heavy research in treating patients (like gamers) with alternative medicine (like games with no ads and no IAP gacha) and are having wonderful results. They want a piece of the cake. The want some of that alternative action. They realize they can make money both ways, by making conventional treatment and also alternative treatment. They want to make money using the best of both worlds. And I believe you game developers can do the same thing but know that u have options cuz you can make big money either way or both ways. Just I encourage you to stick with it and stay with Apple because every Google search you do will point to apple being the best way to make money on mobile games. People that are willing to pay more money for their phones are more likely to be willing to pay more money for their games. The research and evidence is overwhelming

Can someone please explain why anyone would want crafters gloves that are skill reduction, like instead of +5 it's -5; instead of + 10, +15 skill level, it's -10, -15 skill level.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and your faith in us.

The problem btw is not only Apple, no one looks into the game. Probably because DoC either sucks, or it looks like it sucks.

We couldn't even get a review by TA: http://toucharcade.com/top-reviews/

Maybe if some players requested them to review, they might look at it :D

How did I lose generation points after crafting new previously uncrafted recipes?

My tool crafting is 72 and I haven't ever had any gloves to boost my skill level, and my generation points were 198, then I went to craft new items to boost my GP, like greyed out items I could have crafted a long time ago but didn't, and after I crafted 3 new tools I checked my generation points and then they were 3 points lower, 195 down from 198.

I had previously uncrafted wooden fishing rod, sharp shiny stone, and advanced fishing rod.

Now I'm afraid of crafting the 5 grey times after Kiln and epic rod out of fear of losing more generation points.

My guess is that you have crafted an item with a shiny stone, probably the necklace.
Each shiny stone is worth 5 gp’s, unfortunately once you use them in crafting you loss their gp’s value.

When your skill hits 80 its harder to gain skill, so you put on -30 gloves and gain skill faster.

I just checked the code, nothing seems to be off. The only way for your GP to decrease is if you lose a shiny stone. If you somehow trashed it, or made something from it, then yes your GP would go down by 5 and the recipes you discovered would increase it.

Are there specific items excluded from Treasure Hunting ?
Trying to get whales/Mamoths/full trees for a very long time but I haven’t got any, either my luck is very bad or it is not possible to get them through treasure hunting : / .

I got 3 ~ 4 shiny tactical tools and several houses but not a single tree.

I am also curious to know if the chance to get items differ from each other or they have the same probability.

There are specific items excluded but those are usually rare items. You should be able to get those with a very low probability. Your other skills also affect treasure hunting too

Thanks for the reply. Really enjoying the game so far, just when you think you’re done there is tons more to do and discover.
