I've recently had the opportunity to give dawindci a try and wanted to write a small review for this creative game. The first thing I noticed upon starting dawindci was that it had a nice looking menu system to it with an artistic look to each of the icons representing menu functions. The game starts out giving you a basic five level tutorial walking you through some of the games controls and concepts. Once the tutorial ends you then use what you have learned through a series of levels. While I have not completely finished the game at this point I am quite enjoying what I have played so far. Basically the game has you maneuvering a hot air balloon through a volatile environment of obstacles such as mountains, trees, houses, etc. You navigate the levels by swiping your finger across the screen allowing you simulate the movement of air. This also allows you to interact with switches that opens doors and moves platforms. This is a small, simple to pick up game in which you can pretty much get into no matter where you're at. While I don't know what the developers plans are with this game, a couple things I would love to see either added to this game or a sequel are more varied environments and more puzzles and uses for the air movement. There is a lot that can be done with this concept and I look forward to seeing where the developers take it. I would give this game a 4/5 stars and recommend it to those looking for a simple game that can be picked up and played anywhere that has a fresh concept and simple fun.
