Hello, This is Leo from NANOO Company. After working on our game for several months, we are in the homestretch for launching our game called 'Dark Sword'. We've previously worked on a game called 'Tap Quest: Gate Keeper' (Touch Arcade Forum Link) for which we've reached 1st place in TouchArcade's 'Hot Games' list, albeit briefly. We're expecting Dark Sword to be launched in the beginning of February, pending our finishing touches and app approval process. Not only will Dark Sword (Official Site) be available for iOS, but it will be on Android as well. You're right. There are RPG elements where you can upgrade armors, weapons and skills and also acquire consumables like health potions.
Love the Limbo look and will give it a try, for sure. Though...one of the screenies shows energy/arena...i guess it's online only? And if so, my further guess would be that there is no iap for an energy pay-out, means endless lives? Good luck.
The last part of the video shows a timer counting down. I hope you don't have a set time to finish levels. I really dislike games that do that.
The way the game is set up currently, the saves are stored online. However, it's still pending and we're considering offline option as well.
It looks like limbo and stickman art style, shadow and stuffs.. but the battle system will take me a try on this.Wonder if it has a slow motion or cut-scene effect when use powerful skill .
The game's style draws inspirations from many previous silhouette games for sure. Slo-mos will be there, but I'm just not sure how much would be enough!
