Master Musashi Finally obtained this achievement with the latest update. Before the LRL could never register. Thanks Dev. 31 down and 1 to go. The last one (Dwarf Envy) may take a while though.
With the update, I'm not more able to play in French... the game is starting now in English, and I don't find the option to set in French.
Can we hope a fast update to fix the french issue ? I'm able to read and to write english, but this story is not so easy to understand (for my opinion). Thanks in advance.
Now .99 for the first time (and for a limited time obviously). Could somebody please tell me what the IAPs are for? How do they affect gameplay and/or scoring? When did they show up first in the game Dark Meadow (on what update)? From the very beginning or later? Thx in advance for enlightenment. (Checked the thread and couldn't find any mention of the IAPs.)
These IAP are similar to Infinity Blade's. No need for them whatsoever. I was able to finish the game without even a want for the IAP. This game is highly recommended at $6, so getting it at .99 would be a no brainier. Get it now!
Just bought it. Was gonna buy it for full price on the weekend but didn't get around to it. Lucky for me
The totally outstanding voice acting, graphics and setting, totally sell this. I wish the action was more BioShock than Infinity Blade. But for 99 cents you can't have everything. Actually, in the case of this game, you can. You just want a little extra. Again, the voice acting is Fee-Nominal... Get it?
Voice acting is the best ! This is a total bargain for .99 cents. I bought it at 5.99 , I don't regret it. One of my favourite iOS games, can't wait for new content eventually.
Wow, you guys are giving so great impressions that I really hope I won't be late when I buy a new gift card!
Said in the price-drops section I have purchased this. Ok, now I've started playing Meadow and I have to say the care the devs put making this game worths alone the buck...and the battles are not boring, maybe because I have never tried Infinity Blade...in few words, a good product for a very cheap price: recommended
Lost my save game It's a a great game! I just bought the it and started playing for around 20 minutes, switched apps, returned to the game and I still had my money and items but I restarted th iPad and started up the game to find that it started all over again (the dialogue that the man tells you the very first time you start the game) I also lost all my money and items. I just played like about half an hour so I don't mind playing it from the start again but does this happen very often!? anyone else experienced something like this?
no, not loosing all my money and items... But you will start from the same room every time you start up the game... Unless you make it to the 2nd or 3rd floor and quit before you die, then you'll start back at the entrance to that floor.
There is a bug with the achievement for level 40. When entering the last room with the boss, I was level 38. I killed it, and chose one of the three possibilities. And when beginning a new game, I was automatically level 40, but the achievement had not unlocked...
Quite disappointed with the game. Nowhere as fun as Infinity Blade (which doesn't pretend to be a deep game) or as scary as Silent Hill. It's just way too repetitive and the story is laid out for you so there's no mystery left to solve. Twist ending? Maybe for little children. Most horror veterans would see it coming from early in the game. So basically it's the same old formula of rinse and repeat, in the same old environment, against the same old monsters with the difference being better monsters (more challenge) or better gears (less challenge)? Both will be terribly boring and increase the game's repetitiveness which is already so scary that the game is put into horror genre. What about new content, like survival mode or labyrinth mode where you must find your way out in a randomly generated mansion?
One of the best ios games I've ever played. I admit Infinity Blade has got a better fight mechanics, but this game shines through its voice-acting and story. It may not be a very long or deep game, but the game as it is is definitely worth the $5.99. The story is interesting and mysteriously introduced through scattered pieces of papers throughout the game. One thing I would suggest is to simplify the level-up system. I don't think we need that many stats to upgrade. Things like reload speed and block can be automatically increased with the level. But overall, this is a topnotch 5/5 game.
