Okay okay. The previous puzzle is a bigger clue than I let on, at least one aspect of it is. In fact the answer could be found in that same book. Unlike the last puzzle though, this answer is right in front of you in this very post. You just need to see it.
I think this is the point I must give up, because I really shouldn't spend any more time on this.... I tried combinations involving the following: Mozart, quartets, music ... and even the first two words combined with 23 (since he had 23 quartets) and 44 (for 4/4 beat).
