This would be awesome on the ipad2,not sure if i will play it on iphone format.(doesnt look too big hand friendly?) Is it just going to be universal or are you going to release an ipad only version also?
Luckily, zooming is only a pinch away so even on the iPhone it's very easy to move between zooming out for an overview and zooming in to select the squares to move to. And even without zooming you can get by with a few tricks to select the squares you mean to push. The iPad experience does feel a bit more open given the larger screen though, but both are very playable. And yes, DA is great on iPad and iPhone, and Awesome on iPad 2
I have never got into a turn based strategy game because they appear somewhat boring when I watch the videos, but with all the hype I am interested in trying one out. Is there an easy, decent (hopefully iPad screen friendly) game that would be a good starter for me to try the genre out? Nothing too complex, but enough to give the genre a look. Thanks for any advice!

Yep, the plan is still to get the game to Apple this month barring any last minute major fixes we need to do. We had an unlucky run to the finish line with some nasty bugs popping up but the big blockers are just gone. The good news is that it gave Moj some time to add some more presentation polish while I banged my head against the code. Things are looking pretty amazing. OMG! Just saw this for the first time! I hope the price and file size uncompressed will lose to FFT Which would be a good thing. can't wait.
