Is anyone here familiar with Cyanide and Happiness? Its a series of humorous comic strips focusing mainly on black humor, with subject matters and punchlines that are probably- definitely -not for the easily offended or the young. However, for the right readers, this comic can be hilarious and some strips contain very intelligent jokes. The jokes frequently include themes like cancer, sex, girls, violence, death, religion, and all things that when messed with, build up controversy. The art is pretty simplistic. Crudely drawn panels, anonymous characters are represented with round heads and square/rectangular bodies with long limbs. Sorta like a stick drawing. Imo, the simplicity enriches the comedy since it reminds you of childrens drawings, making you think this is just an unoffensive, innocent funny comic strip. BUT NO. Anyways, i hope we can share some laughs and opinions on cyanide and happiness, which has a couple of books released, with their best strips.
Man... I love C&H! Back when my laptop was working I'd sit there all morning just reading random C&H strips! Gotta love Seizure Man.
Maybe it's just me, but watching stick figures get stabbed every other strip isn't really my idea of funny.
