iPad Cut the Rope (by Zeptolab)

well, that one wasn't too bad. You just have to slide the middle to the left, then the bottom up to attach them. Then slide the bottom one back down and slide the middle one to the far right very fast to make the candy touch the bottom star. Then make sure the bottom one is slid all the way down and the middle all the way to the right. 1) Then cut the rope that's attached to the bottom slider and as soon as the candy hits the top star, slide the middle one to the far left. Or 2) Slide the right one all the way up, then cut the rope attached to the bottom. then slide the middle one to the far left and the right one to the bottom. Then cut the rope attached to the right one.

so true. I've got a few more traditional games on my iphone (COD Zombies, Virtual City...that sort of thing) but most of my iphone gaming is done when I have a few minutes to kill during a coffee break or whatever. If I'm going to sit for an hour at a time playing a game its usually going to be on my PS3, Wii, laptop or PC...

Which level is best to get the "Cut 5 ropes at the same time" achievement?

 

5 ropes at once achievement is easiest on 1-7.

 

yea...i managed to did that and the achievement popped up in the game...however...in game center i still din earn tat achievement

As soon as you start, cut the rope. It should drop and swing into a bubble and have two connecting ropes. Cut the right one and let the bubble float up and align with the top star, then cut that rope. As soon as the bubble hits the star, pop the bubble and it should go swinging to the next rope to the right. Cut the rope when you feel ready for it to drop down to Om Nom and there you go

 

Clever game. Lot of work has done into it. Loved Parachute Ninja and loved this... though I bet Zeptolab are kicking themselves wishing they'd self published hehe

Game Impressions

This is a really fun game. Kind of short as it stands, but definitely worth more than the current price point. There is some replay value in getting better scores after you've beaten it, too. The only thing that bothers me: When I log into their leader-board system, Crystal, I get a 100% complete message, however, in Game Center I'm missing an achievement (the Spider Basher one must have glitched). Hopefully a future update fixes this. If I "Reset Game" under options, am I assuming correctly that I lose EVERYTHING (scores on the Game Center leader-board, achievements, etc)? Anyway, despite that minor annoyance, it's totally a 5/5 game. The touch screen is utilized well and it's made for quick play sessions, perfect for the iDevices.

 

Please add a possibility to view a slow-motion replay for level completed!!!

 

Finished the game with 3 stars everywhere and all the achievements.
Awesome game, really really liked it, played almost no stop.

Noticed 1 little bug htough, there is one achievement (cut 3 ropes) that while displayed in Crystal, does not show up in Gamecenter.
This aside, awesome game.

 

Game Impressions

This game is just so cool. Om Nom is cute little creature, the levels are pretty easy but still I needed to think a bit on some. The graphics are really neat even they're probably not Retina optimized - they look sharp enough for me. The expressions of Om Nom are the best thing in the game besides the actual gameplay. The music comes extremely annoying when you've played the game for hours so now I play it with no music, just with the sound effects.

If the developers go and make updates occasionally enough, Chillingo has a hit on their hands and they really should keep a hold on it. It's a potential threat for the mind-blowing, fabulous game AB, so Chillingo and the developer should definitely just keep the updates coming. That's how it becomes an international top game. I'm eagerly waiting for the updates, and I know so are all the others, too.

I have gone through all the levels and I've got three stars in every level except 4-7. I have all the achievements too except the Golden Scissors.

Would anyone like to help me on 4-7?
And leave the sarcastic comments, if it's easy for you. You see, it's not for me.

Thanks in advance for helping me out! This games gets a 9/10 and if in stars, four stars. If they keep the updates coming, it's definitely 10 and five stars.

 

I'm seriously crap at puzzle games, but I've been going back to previous levels and getting 3 stars on them. Not in a rush to finish it.

 

I was installing all of my apps on my itouch onto my new computer when some of the apps got deleted and reinstalled. Needless to say it erased my save file XD. I don't really mind since it makes me go over the puzzles once more (was on the 4th box )

 

I played through this game too quickly. Now I have nothing to do but wait for more levels.
