Allrighty I just finished the game with all 300 stars. I figured out the game center glitch (or at least for me). Basically you need to make sure GC is running in the background for the achievements to carry over. Any that didn't carry over for me were achieved when game center wasn't running. If you delete cut the rope and start over you can re-achieve these. Hopefully a patch comes out I really don't want to replay the whole game just to get the pop 40 bubbles in my game center when I've got everything else...
I'm so happy! I got through 4-7 and now I've completed the game. On the national leaderboards I am on the following positions: Cardboard Box - 4. position Fabric Box - 3. position Foil Box - 3. position Gift Box - 3. position
Wait so how many total levels are there? I played the demo and just flew through it but it was fun so I'm thinking about getting the full game.
this will be much appreciated as the last box is the one giving me the most trouble. only need 7 starts to get all 300. sorry forgot to qoute in regards to Pommiers comments.
100 levels. 25 in 4 different "boxes" with 3 stars each. There's space for an update, but, I don't think it's happened yet.
Thanks for the info. Doesn't seem like many levels but I think I will give it a shot and hope for additional levels in future updates. I did enjoy what I played and for $0.99 it is at a decent price point.
Just my 2 cents. No retina support but looks great in iPhone 4. Great game, fillin in the void left by beating angry birds
Too bad it doesn't last near as long. I got it the other day and didn't play it a whole lot and got 3 stars on all the levels already.
They are cheating, that's how, and it's a pain to see someone with... 2.000.000 points or so at the first place, while the second one has just 147.000 points. I can't believe that Apple isn't doing anything against cheaters on Game Center..
Loving the game. Great presentation and brilliant difficulty. Not too hard (Angry Birds!) or too easy. Just right Can't wait for more additions. One of my favorite games. Got all 3 stars and it's the only game I've attempted to improve my score in
Wow, I didn't even notice that until you guys mentioned it. How is cheating even satisfying? They fail on so many levels. They must be losers in life, so they need self-glorification to satisfy their egos.
Really great game, played a lot of the levels. On some is sure hard to get all stars but rewarding anyway to get the correct solution(s). I really like it. As long as they add more levels it will be on my ipod for a while
Cut the bottom right rope first. Then cut the two left ropes with one swipe going upwards (from bottom to top), you have to do this fast and if you get it right, then you will be catapulted to the right and it will automatically latch onto the rope and then you must swing and cut your way down, making sure you cut before the spiders reach the candy. When you get to the bubble, you have to quickly cut the rope on the right and pop the bubble before the candy floats up too much. Get that bit right and it will swing you onto another rope to the left. Then just swing into the bubble and float to om nom. It's hard, but with some practise it's easily possible.
Like with most of these games I got it shortly after posting the request for help, it only took me about 200 attempts...I am officially done with the levels/achievements so far. W00t!!
4-24? I must be missing something here with 4-24. I'm sitting at 299 stars and can't for the life of me 3 star this one. Do you get the star in the top right corner second, then try to fling the candy from the lowest slider, or go from the lowest slider to the far right one, and try to throw it over the spikes? Throwing the candy around with those sliders makes this easily the hardest level for me. Edit: Nevermind, I just got it. I'm not sure if I did it the intended way (the far right slider is completely unnecessary), but I did it.
