    From David Helgason's last post on his blog, I think you're on pretty safe ground.

    yeah I saw that. Unity is great about supporting their users. I have no doubt that they'll do whatever it takes to keep building for the iphone, but if there need to be major changes because of the new TOS (all scripts need to be written in objective c) then the release date for my game might be later rather than sooner. :(

    I think they're supposed to meet with Apple next week so this should all sort itself out soon.

    Fingers are still crossed! :D

    @K76 Thanks! I'll probably have another video up this weekend! I just got a new feature in I'm super excited about.

    beware the ghost!

    A couple new features in this video. The biggest one being the ghost. You'll now be able to race against your fastest track time. I didn't think this feature would make a big difference, but it does. Now each track has a lot more replay value! You can see where you made a mistake on that last corner, do it better and speed by your old time. Just watch out for the cow! she'll get you.

    The boost system is also in the video. Red cans are gas, Yellow are boost. Not only do boost cans increase your speed, but they save on gas. There are set number of gas cans placed throughout the level and you'll need to collect most of them if you don't want to run out of fuel. You won't use gas while you have boost, but you may slide a little more around those corners. :D

    Last but not least. I made a tweak to the physics system. The game use to feel a little sluggish, but now it feels just right. Quick and responsive, but not out of control. It's subtle, but feels good.

    @Sleb, thanks for the ghost idea. I was trying to think of a way to get you to race against opponents without doing a full blown ai and then it hit me. Duh, a ghost system would be perfect. It really ads to the game.

    Oh, if for some reason you don't want to see the ghost on the screen you can disable it in the options. :D

    Cheers!

    aznriceboi13, that's on my list of possibilities. Maybe if the game does well. :D

    Since each level is randomly generated I won't be able to do if for every level. I'm going to use openfeint and I think they have a way of storing data so I might do it for highscores. If you wanted to race against the person in first place you could get that level and race against their ghost. I'm definitely looking into it.

    I really like the look and overall concept of the game. Just hope there's enough variety to keep it interesting.

    Just wanted to update everyone. Cubed Rally Racer... previously CRR is now in review. I'll let you know how it goes. Here the description and a list of the major features. The most exciting, I think, is being able to challenge friends to beat your time on any track you race!

    Cubed Rally Racer is an 3d isometric rally car racing game where each level is randomly generated. Race around the track collecting gas/boost cans trying to get the best time. Think Dirt meets RC Pro-Am meets Canabalt.

    * Over 40 different types of sections!
    * Thousands possible of track combinations!
    * Challenge friends to beat your time on any level using OpenFeint's challenge system.
    * 8bit style 3d graphics.
    * Configurable controls.
    * Track elements such as: Curves, Jumps, Whoops, Walls, Ships, Gophers, Cows and more!
    * Randomly generated levels!
    * Facebook and Twitter integration!
    * Unlock up to 99 sections lengths!
    * OpenFeint Leaderboard and Achievements!
    * Ghost car shows the best track time!
