Last two hours the game just hangs at.... Starting. Starting.. Starting... Starting.... Starting.... Then starts all over again with... Starting. Starting.. Anyone else??
The game is quite impressive! Is it just me or has anyone done a few raids and realize certain equipment isn't in their bags? I got a purple chest piece and didn't get it. Do you have to pick what you want?
Did that and realize that if your leader is a dumb shit u will die... But overall Yeah it auto plays for.u... Lol which is kinda cool
Check your pouch. If your bag is full, stuff will go to your pouch instead, which will automatically appear next to your bag. If its not there, try checking your warehouse, which is linked in your bag tab. Its easy for your bag to fill up and not notice, so I find that I have to perform a bag check every now and then.
I'm just casually dropping in right now, but if anyone creates a TA guild, post th enamel and server name please!
Man o man... I played for 7 hours today. I leveled up my Ranger which is specced in wildlife being able to summon pets to aide in your attacking. So far with just the Ranger class it has a fantastic set of initial skills and as you level up the three different skill trees you could choose from. The animations for skill casting adds to the fun as well and being able to cast while running is great. The PvP is fantastic. The questing is great fun. Graphics are top notch. Looting, forging for top level gear with stat modifiers that can be adjusted with different gems that can add to damage, dodge, evasion, magic, etc... The numerous boss fights are a lot of fun which needs a proper group and strategy, no joke. Once you reach raids you really really need to be on your game. Overall I haven't had this much fun in a mobile game since Deadspace, project Europa, bug heroes, and the 2nd FPS by gameloft. I'm having so much fun with it that I haven't woke my PS4 from sleep mode in 2 days.... not even close. If you enjoy online gaming, role playing games, loot, MMO's seriously give it a shot. I'm level 32 and I haven't spent a dollar. Zero timers, zero restrictions, zero pay to win, zero advertising... there is nothing in 12 hours of play up to level 32 that would bring to mind your playing a FTP game. I'm enjoying it so much I dropped 9.99 on a different looking mount, and some rocks that are used to craft. All rocks can be found in game. I wanted to support this style of game and hopefully keep the servers up with updates coming. Netease has crafted a fantastic MMO on mobile. Which blows me away. On my iPhone 6S Plus I can have a fully functional MMORPG with thousands of players online and on my screen I'll have the graphics set to Ultra with 40 players on screen with zero slowdown... not a single drop of frames. Even raiding with 40 plus people bosses, spell animations no slow down... all being rendered/powered by a phone. I needed a CPU tower with 650watt power supply that was watercooled with two Nvidia GPU's SLI'ed to get the same game at 30-50 FPS not to to long ago.
Hey guys, It's been roughly two days since launch and here are some thoughts after thoroughly playing through what I could. First of all, there doesn't appear to be any intrusive IAP as of yet IMO. Although this could change, I don't currently see a way to 'buy' your way into having a decked out character. Someone could prove me wrong but so far, this is looking good. Second, everyone has noticed the auto-playing mechanic. So far, It is good for doing some of the more monotonous tasks such as your 'daily quests'. However, if you play far enough to be able to do some of the raids, this WILL get you killed. I'm talking about the dungeons/raids later into the game and the first 40 man raid that you do. If you don't know what I'm talking about but have a distaste for the auto-play mechanic, then you didn't play quite far enough. Third, roles ARE important. At least right now. If you think about most mobile Korean/Chinese games, the different classes usually mean squat if all It's doing is calculating your power rating. The holy trinity really does exist in this game. Most importantly, is CoL fun? Absolutely, the raids require you to pay attention and team work is a must. I am currently playing FFXIV Stormblood and obviously CoL isn't on the same level, it IS however a great side mobile game. If you are writing it off because of the automation of the combat in the more trivial scenarios but LOVE the idea of the game, continue to play the game and the depth is there.
I got mine from my in game mail, a day after I filled out the form. Check the friends tab and go to mail, and there should a post that says "GM mail"
Hi I deleted Torchlight Mobile after spending weeks with it. i did not play much of Lineage 2 Evo. how does this game stack against the other two I mentioned?
Seriously, what did you expect? 3D open world so lots of objects need to be drawn and since it's an MMO there are bunch of other players moving around (you can adjust the number in settings) so it's both CPU and GPU intensive. There is an option in graphic setting that you can set it to "power save" which I believe limits the FPS to 30.
Ive raided in WoW for years. And I must say, for a mobile MMO this is truly impressive. Zero timers or stamina usage and the auto navigate is really useful. Im amazed by NetEase for actually pulling this off. Someone mentioned battery drain. I noticed that too but I guess its to be expected. I dropped all graphical settings and got a slightly better battery performance.
As someone who played some of the earliest MMORPGs I mainly started this one because it amuses me how questing and combat is automated. Coming from an MMO background, full auto questing is ridiculous. That said, its actually nice that it doesnt need my full attention all the time. If I had that time, maybe I would still play full MMOs on PC, after all. As others have said, in the later raids its not really a good idea to go auto, and obviously it never is in PVP. So if you enjoy this part of an MMO more than daily quests, youll be fine. Feature wise theres almost everything other MMOs have in some form. Dungeons (called raids) and 25-40 player raids (called team raids), map events, daily events, a pvp zone, battlefields, and so on. IAPs are hard to evaluate right now as there is a slowly increasing level cap for each server and I have no idea what end game at max level looks like. That being said, while you can spend hundreds on mounts I havent seen anything relevant to gameplay beyond materials (which you can also get in other ways). Some PC MMOs are probably worse, no max level IAP in this game... One thing that can be annoying is that leveling seems to be based on doing your dailies. So theres s maximum amount of exp you can get per day, and if you have nothing else to do (like grinding reputation or pvp for fun), theres just not much reason to stay logged in. Theres also stamina for things like world chests and gathering, which only refills when you do your dailies. It is however positive that there is no IAP to circumvent this, either. Oh, and dont expect stellar English localization. Sometimes its at least hilarious, though. All in all a decent MMORPG light for those of us who cant dedicate many hours every day anymore.
I would agree this game is well polished, looks nice, runs well on ios. However after 2 hours or so of playing it i would say it is essentially a MMO-clicker game - the game essentially runs on auto and the item progression is automatic, at least from what I could see. Not very customizable. If that sounds fun then great; wasn't for me though!
