Just voted for this as game of the week. I agree with connector. Giving the option for us to place the controls wherever we want them would be great. I'm fine with them as they are. But the option to adjust them could only make the game better. I think the game would also benefit from a little rocket cat-esque system of aesthetic upgrades to purchase. Maybe different looking characters or worlds, backgrounds, etc. it would give us something else to spend our diamonds on while not effecting game balance. Either way, great game.

Well... First off, congrats on the TA Plays vid. I really hope a review is in the works as well. Also, congrats on being nominated for TA's GOTY! Now... Another little suggestion/question; Could you make it so that holding down on a power up in the purchase menu keeps adding shots to your stock? I just bought 500 shots, but it was a pain hitting that icon 500 times. =oP
Awesome game I was up all night playing this. Played one round this morning before work too. This game is done so well. I find it very addictive. The visuals are beautiful, the UI is one of the best I have seen for IOS. Perhaps future updates can include new planets to protect in different atmospheres? Love this game.
Thank you for the nomination and THANKY YOU so much for your votes! @syntheticvoid We working on it and few other features right now. Thank you for your sugestions.
Reviews like these make it all worthwhile. A big dose of motivation 4.5/5 from AppAdvice.com http://appadvice.com/appnn/2012/11/quickadvice-crumblezone 4.5/5 from App Gefaren http://www.appgefahren.de/indie-game-crumble-zone-lasst-meinen-planeten-gefalligst-in-ruhe-56803.html
This game is sooo awesome. The weapons are cool, the programming and movement of everything is brilliant. It is still my favorite recent release. I like to play it with turning the in game music off an turning on Songza's Sci-fi/Fantasy Scores playlist. I sure hope there are future updates to expand it. Maybe different characters to choose? Different planets\satellites to protect. More types of enemies and asteroids. A weapon that shoots\creates a black hole and the asteroids get sucked in would be cool. I think when the planet you are protecting is completely destroyed, the game should end with a massive implosion. Currently, the game ends abruptly when the planet is destroyed. Opposite of the big bang. Its awesome that there is a multiplayer option. I tested it myself, but cant wait to try it with my kids.
Crumble Zone gets a first update with a pause button! ..and here's a little sneak peek of some cool ideas we're working on for the next update.. metal shield
Metal shield would be cool, look forward to it. Anyway to add an option to switch the buttons on the next update? On the ipad it would be nice to play primarily with the lower button as fire, so I can hold my ipad low. Thanks.
@Connector We've already resized clickable area for upper button (it will be next update). You will be able to shoot tapping left and right area on the bottom of the screen.
Alright!!! It's interesting how in your game that the tap zones are so large. Actually this is pretty neat cause it is kind of a cross between moveable controls and floating joysticks. Haven't seen it used much, but it is indeed effective. I play my ipad usually with both thumbs at the bottom of the screen, and making both sides tap zones go toward the bottom really works. Very interesting, and a good solution. Thanks for taking my feedback into consideration. Look forward to the next update then!
