luck There was a hint I was finally able to read. If I'm understanding it correctly the success of crafting or enchanting is dependent upon our "luck". As in possibly enchanting with high +drop% equipped buffs may help.

Disassemble does get you materials for crafting, but better yet it get's you crafting sacrifice items. Thus they can help to produce "S" weapons.
