Ann's Bash tree works with her as full int as well, since the skill Willpower training increases her physical attack. She's still pretty fragile, though, but she'll never run out of mp.

She is pretty fragile and thats one reason why she's my least favourite character. Yes, Lamiere is also a glass cannon but I much prefer her style (high crit/eva and bleeding). Plus there's no casting time for phantom of wild dance. With Ann you've got to get the timing and position correctly before you activate DRagons Breath, which can get annoying when you get it wrong. Best combo is Pochi and Heine

Just started playing this game and yes, just from starting, you can see that it is so much deeper and better than others before it such as Zenonia and Inotia... My only wish was that they'd make it Retina display so that the sprites will be sharper. That said, the animations are great, the control scheme of being able to go to all directions are great, the deep skill trees are great, the story is great! Any tips for a starting newbie like me? (or any items or equips you can give I would infinitely be grateful ).
What level are you and what kinda equips you need? And a little advice. We usually pass down gear from one person to another as we progress further into the game so that, I guess old gear wouldn't feel like a waste just sitting there in inventory.
First, I wanted to put a formal thank you to sgcc1 for sending me 100k. That was really rad and super helpful at the start. Second, I can't comment on any of the other builds, but the suggestions made on page 81 of this thread have been crazy helpful. Full VIT Pochi has over 2k HP at level 17 thanks to Grand Pudding cards and random drops. Even though Ann is squishy as all sin, I can just let Pochi go AI rage mode and nuke with Ann in the back. Starting to really get the hang of things.
Anybody knows how exactly rare% works? Is it on the character that makes the killing blow or does the character with high rare% have to be there the whole time and do all the damage?
I just got this game, level 17. Out of money and out of health potions, stuck on a quest. I'd appreciate it if someone could send me some potions or money. My ign is Coburn.
Great question, We've yet to truly figure it out. My guess is it may be the sum % buff of the two active characters. However, when I go full buff for % drops I have over +1500%, one would think that purple and uniques might fall from the sky, they don't.
Sent you some grand pudding gems. Go and make the grand pudding set (advanced crafting from blacksmith) for either Pochi or Ann. If your Ann is weak as hell, then create Pudding set for her then. When you equip the hat, chest and pants on a character you will get a title (buffs) which you can equip (on any or all characters) on the last equipment slot
I don't have a clue, honestly. Unique drop rate seems unaffected by the buffs. I've been wondering if there are ways to force drops as in other rpgs.
Just picked this up the other day. I find it to be pretty fun until I got the girl in my party. Either I'm doing something wrong, or the AI isn't bright at all because she keeps on dying T_T. Mobs hit pretty hard in this game and pots are expensive. Am I doing something wrong?
You gotta set the AI for each character. Got to the "Partners" section of the menu. You can choose two AI action sets.
Yeah I would Say the drop rates are just like d2 lod.. Lol which is Which is insane.. Nways I'm looking for pochi ultimate and his gears I got unique dragon cards(+1 to skill) that I can trade.. My igm is drakon
Dumb question, but the only AI settings I see is "No buff"? How do I make my partner attack? They just follow me around and die.
