Last boss Hackenbauer is the easiest boss ever BUT the dragon ... NOT so easy. He just keeps hovering which is well annoying as it takes ages to wittle his health down, and then he got a lucky hit and I died. Whats the best i.e. quickest, way to kill him? Nitou, have you done the sub quest in that stupid witch's forest maze?
I've found 2 more sub-quests, so there is one or two I've missed, probably in the witch maze :S The dragon is super annoying to kill. Best is to have a strong weapon on Pochi. When he starts wagging his tail to do the tail whip thing hit boost and then lay into him. If you're lucky you kill him before he takes flight. If your gear isn't high enough to kill him that fast, well good luck. My advice in that instance would be to level up your characters and gear.
I would not do it on yellow and blue items because that would be a waste. you usually get inferior craft materials. But purp drops have a chance at giving you good Sacrifice items if your going for S Grade gear.
Any tips on how to beat the centipede/sky predator? Also, anyone have any skeleton of deaths the can send me? Thanks in advance IGN: heatot
Well heres my take on the Centipede. Sorry if I get a little too in depth....And by the way it's not in order of when these things will happen so yea. - Do not stand too close to it when it pops up, you take damage. - Never stand in front of it. It can stun you when he tries to bite you. When you whittle it's life down say halfway, It'll start to spit acid which can reach to the sides of it's head. In short just stay away from the head region lol. - Always stay behind where the tail is but not too close as stated you'll take damage. - When Tail animation stops, run from the homing light thing(lol idk the word for it). If you have trouble getting away from it, whoever that homing light thing is following try going into menu and switch that party member out. Kinda cheat tactic to get away from something aiming at you but hey would you rather die? lol. Once tail is destroyed that would be the safest spot to launch attacks like crazzzzyyy. And again don't stand too close. - Once it's life is whittled down close to halfway it'll start to move underground a lot. Once it stop's for a brief moment Spike's will come up from the ground that cover a pretty big area so run forest! Run! Oh yea it tries to ram into you too so don't stand idle too long. - When it's life is a quarter way to being dead it'll start spitting out a ton of larva which move pretty fast but easy to kill and a quick way to get you're boost up. That's pretty much it. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of the pattern. But farming without top notch gear takes a pretty good while so if you're planning to farm it, have fun with him not dropping what you need......

Done Completed main story at last after 70ish hrs clocked. Time for the dungeons...probably another 30 hrs
