How to beat Bernice? I'm level 56 Pochi and Heine and Bernice (the grim reaper) is impossible. I can get her life down to half, but then she shoots her fireball that follows you no matter where u go! I take advantage of booster and spam my skills but still can't beat her! I can't level up anywhere cuz all enemies are 6 levels below me. Maybe if someone has better level 56 gear for Pochi and Heine can help me out? And forging stones and skeleton of deaths? Thanks in advance! IGN: heatot
Having a bit of trouble understanding the equipment upgrading system in this game, can someone give me a quick overview of it? From what I gather theres some forging stone thing and cards but I don't understand what to do with them, or what they do.
I just beat Bernice last night without having to use ANY resurrection scrolls [even though I just bought a pack of six...] I started the fight with Laily [Earth spec] as main and Lamiere as a sub. Once Lamiere went down, I switched in Ann, and then once she went down I brought in Heine. I alternated between Laily and Pochi as main, I used my boost as Pochi and built it up as Laily. I finished Bernice off with Pochi and Heine, and I don't think that luck had too much to do with the victory. I'd also recommend that you have plenty of Cure Potion S M, those really helped me out in the fight.
Equipment has differing number of card slots, which allow you to place the cards onto the weapon/armor at the Card Master lady in any town. Cards have lots of different effects, so you'll want to read what the cards do and place beneficial cards onto the right character's equipment. Forging stones are used at the Blacksmith, by selecting Enhance. When you enhance equipment, it uses up a number of forging stones and then decreases the durability of the item. I think that if the durability hits zero the equipment might break. There is also the option to Craft and Advanced Craft equipment. You will need to have the right items in your inventory in order to craft equipment. Blue crafting items are dropped by specific enemies, and they are essential to the recipes. For example, Wolf Leather is dropped by wolves, and so are Wolf Fangs. They drop somewhat rarely, so they require you to farm for them. Most of them are also available as rewards from the Arena.
This is one of the best strategies players forget to do. Having 5 playable characters in many boss fights is one of the highlights of this game. People having hard times with bosses should really try this. Thanks for bringing it up.
A slight variation would be to boost, use a big skill, un-boost, switch characters, and repeat. This way you can get your big skills off and make a dent first thing. Then go back to your main 2 and cross your fingers.
Nice one Nitou. Well since we here, can u guys switch characters while in the ship dungeons? I can but then my game crashes 30 secs after.
Hi guys I'm at the solar tower at the moment fighting the chaos golem. I was just wondering when will my party reunite i.e. how many more bosses left until they become a group of 5 again
The Unique rings are nice, but they are not strong and useful enough against the network super dragon. It is true that if you have Golem's Nucleus or Grandpudding's Nucleus you will get +4 to all of pochi's skill, but the passive alone won't be enough to help him live. The 40% bonus physical defense really help him against the network dragon. So far 50+ kills now, still haven't found any new title books. I really hope there is an unique title, something that makes all other title looks weak. lol I think I'm going to kill that dragon for another 50-60x, maybe something new will be awarded on the 100th kill... wishful thinking again
Is that you're second boss fight at that Tower? I forgot, but in total you should have done 2 boss fights per tower then your party should regroup after that.
Useless Laily...... God, I don't even know if it's worth leveling this guy....I mean really the only thing useful about him is probably for pots....Sure tons of HP but man........What the hell am I gonna do with him lol.
pochi full dex Thanks Momosumomo, I made Pochi full dex and you were definitely right. Thanks for the post earlier.
eternal ring Anyone have use for an Eternal Ring? slash attack +27 6% HP stolen per hit damage Res +7
Laily Im currently using him to lvl up Lamiere (only lvl 65) as Laily can kill groups of normal mobs quite quickly using the penultimate pierce skill. Saying that, Laily may be alright against normal mobs BUT hes rubbish against bosses. He hardly does any DMG. Thats why I need to lvl up Lamiere whose much better against bosses as she can dish out so much more DMG. Saying that, can anyone send me a decent dual sword lvl 60 - 70 as I've got a rubbish yellow Dimension Bringer that does only 240ish DMG. Kinda need it to beat the Chaos Golem in Solar Tower. Cheers if you can Is the second boss in Moon Tower, Bernice (round 2)? id sgcc1
Stat Allocation. So I was wondering what would be the best way to allocate stat points for Lamiere. I know Dex is a given, but should I add points to anything else? Or just everything into Dex period?
hack! hey guys, I just had a 2 vs 2 match and the opponents Pochi hit me for 25000 DMG with a normal hit. He also had 1200368 HP and 100100 SP. The oppnents second charater (Ann) had pretty much the same stats. Theywere both lvl 99, but this ain't possible is it?
I had a match where my opponent wouldn't die. I kept laying down attacks and their HP was perpetually at almost zero, they just wouldn't die.
