Dragon cards? Which ones are those and what do they do? Are they the +1 skill cards? How would that help drop percentage? Does it? Plz explain
Regular and rare Dragon cards give a boost to rare drop percentage. Unique dragon cards are +1 to every skill.

Not sure if there is a "best build". Only thing I can tell you is that when u get heine,the third character,max her heal spell as you will need it later. D
Found another Unique just now Miniclaw's Hunt Head Armor Lv.17 Phys. Defense 42 Mag. Defense 31 Slash-Defense +15 Bash-Defense +15 added to the list =P

You're lucky if you can buy caramel. I still get an SKErrorDomain error 0 whenever I try to buy some. Caramel games, why won't you just take my money?! I want to give you some, but you won't let me! Anyone else having trouble buying caramel?
This fixed it the first time for me and I was able to buy onmy first try afterwards. Restart your router(unplug and plug in). Then go into iPod settings,go into store option,click sign out. Turn off iPod (hold power button and slide) then turn it back on and sign back in. Let me know if this helped. Since you're using an iPhone just do the turn off part,don't worry bout the router. That part didn't help me,it was signing out and in and oh one off & on. Just figured if give u both things I tried.
