Unique Dragon cards are pretty much the best-in-slot. They boost all skills, so your active damage stuff is one level higher and your passive skills (like Day of Gale) benefit all the more. Rare Dragon cards are great for getting S-class equipment and other rare drops (but reportedly don't increase the frequency of Unique drops themselves). I also personally believe that Rare Dragon cards (and +rare item drop rate% items in general) contribute to the hidden Luck stat which determines the success rate of crafting and enchanting items and combining cards into higher tiers.
Thats only up for trades sorry. I can give out rear dragon cards though. EDIT: Id really appriciate if someone can loan me Woodian's Branch. Been farming for it all day and still not dropping for me.

How do you get dungeon ticket without buying it through premium shop? 2. What is the best way to find a good equipment? Just had my first hard boss fight. Man, you guys weren't kidding about bosses being a little harder than Zenonia. Felt good when I won by a hair.
