Oh you know I will be running lots of Rainy Ruins runs in search of that darn Poison! Just need to modify my strategy so I don't die and we are golden!
So my Rainy Ruin strategy has been working pretty well so far (round up all the puddings on each map into one spot and then popping Wild Dance or whatever), but I just hit 83 and so I can finally use the Bandit's Threat GKAR gave me, stacked with the Dragon Cards from KaLong. Hurricanes are now at the 1-hit-kill point, so you better believe that this hunt is deadly serious now. Race you guys to Grandpudding's Poison!
Lamiere. Lamiere. Lamiere. Lamiee. LA-F*cking-MERE!!! She is the best character in the game, the quickest and most powerful. With the gear I use and the skill set I use, she makes pochi look like the special kid who drolls on his shrt and wears egg-bottom shoes and a pocket protector full of crayons. Thing is, in my experience, I've found that you can't just tell people Lamiere is the best, they have to find out on their own. I was die-hard pochi until I hit level 99 with lamiere and get her armor. Now she is a facing, one hit killer for both mobs and Bosses. And she moves way fast, so dungeon's go faster. The other char's seem like then are using a walker compared to how Lamiere moves. For those in the wonder, you have to set her foot speed skill to +3, another over is way way too fast and she's out of control, as in you tap left and she zooms to the left of the screen. No way to control her if her foot speed skill is over 3.
See, I was afraid of putting points into that due to +skill stuff. I dropped Cold Air Armor or whatever for that reason, too. Heine with no MP is just silly.
Oh wow I think you've sold me on Lamiere that sounds awesome! I think I didn't think about using Lamiere because she seemed weak with that first quest where you have to use her but I'm going to get her leveled up! Do you go all dex with Lamiere too?
What gear you using on Lanier and did you still wanna send me some cool high lvl uniques so I could kick a little more ass on my unique farming? My IGN is undertow21
She is very weak at first. But, when hitting the upper leve, esp. 99, she get's as tough as any of the others (okay, almost as tough, but she is certianly tough enough. She's all DEX with her dex stat being at 42. Her pwr is a 8753. Pochi's is at 6841. Her Crit is 1373; Pochi's at 1326. She's way way faster both with attacks and footspeed. res ipsa loquitur - the facts speak for themselves.
oh yes; if you're gonna enchance the skill they use best, go all out. Many people say to split up stats, but I think that's bullcrap. What I've done works exceedingly well. stats: pochi and Lamier - full DEX Anne - full INT Heine and Laily - full VIT
netflix - need help! Anyone have any good suggestions of things streaming in netflix that I can watch when grinding? I mostly listen, but can glance up and watch them if its a movie. While grinding I've already watched every episode of: King of the hill American dad south park Most of cleavland show (though it's terrible... more painful than funny.) Firefly plenty of other shows, too, I just forget at the moment. btw, KOTH was far and away the best of the animated stuff. If you watch from the first season, the show's characters progress really nicely and each one has quite a history. It's too bad they cancelled it. And, I used to hate it, but now I think it over-takes, gasp! the early seasons of the simpsons (The ones before it turned into garbage). I watch a lot of movies, too. So, my question is, can you guys suggest some good TV shows or movies on netflix? gettin' desperate here! as everyone knows, most if the stuff on netflix is crapola. So steer me towards the stuff worth watching! Thanks,
Thanks for the suggestions, good ones. However, I've already saw dave and tucker (great flick!), dr. who, and all of Battlestarship Galatica, which is the best sci fi drama of all time. I have a poster of the 12 colonies of Kobol hanging in my room. Anyway i've pretty much seen ALL the sci-fi tv's and movies, as I'm as sci-fi nerd. But if there is anything really good mention it. I forgotten most of them and may want to rewatch. I've seen a whole lot on netflix - that's why I hope ya'll can suggestion something I haven't seen, or if I have seen it and it deserves re-watching. I dont care if I've seem it! just post away your favories and if its something I haven't seen, doesn't matter.
