Hey guys I think I'm missing one Mariner I got tool, Weapon, Blacksmith and card npc's. Wheres the last one?

I gave the locations of all the mariners in an earlier post (don't know what page though). I'll try to find it

Weapons merchant - Adelia Podium
Blacksmith - can't remember
Tool merchant is found in Piriah Great Merchants
