Are you planning on having a sale after the update goes live? I'd hate to buy it today to have it go on sale tomorrow.
I wouldn't count on it. Kind of early for a sale. The update alone will boost sales. I'd just pick it up now, and get a head start on some awesome gameplay
I'll probably still get this game... but I am still pretty hesitant without retina display support and seemingly none on the horizon.
...and 4 hours later Lauritzen dungeon was conquered. Awesome game, interesting story (absolutely not generic as some reviews induced me to think), cool and pretty developed character, FANTASTIC sense of an adventuring party, various and really good looking scenarios, varied songs, plenty of customizations... While Chaos Rings story was really fantastic imho and the interface is really another planet, I'm liking this title a lot more as a whole.
I (unfortunately) strongly doubt they'll re-do the assets of the game for retina display, considering it's a port from a psp game.
Exactly. Keep in mind that: PSP Screen Resolution -- 480 x 272 Retina display resolution -- 960 x 640 To create a retina display version, they would have to redraw every single asset in the game -- which, as those clocked more than 10 hours know, would be a massive undertaking. I wouldn't expect that for a $9.99 iPhone game.
Great to see the update coming out. I've been holding off on continuing my game since I knew the update was coming out and Solipskier has been taking up all my impulsive free time lately. Can't wait to get back to this game with the medallion and heal spell bug fixes!
any news for the updated, been waited for it... now I got 45 bronze madallion, most of skills on Henson are not upgraded.... pls be quick.
45? Jesus. Did you grind for them? I'm holding off on grinding, until I have all my party members, because the levels don't go up for idol characters, like other RPGs. Boo.
