You asked about why to add mafia. You only get to count 5 mafia for every level, so if you a million mafia and are on level 10 then you can only count 50 of them. Then to win battles you need to arm them - lets say it is level 10 and you have 50 mafia. Each of those mafia can count 1 gun, 1 melee, 1 armor and 1 vehicle. So if you have 50 of each type you go in to battle with 200 items of weaponry. Most people don't have enough melee, armor and definitely vehicles. Wow thanks for the answer.
