Test look on springboard. I will probably adjust overall brightness for final, if used, to stand out and say "Arrgh!"
Careful!! Careful guys this is based off this other app design. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pirate-race/id351031272?mt=8 They are gonna want something original
Only few days left till contest finish - and we still do not know who is going to win You still have time...Use it, maties
Ha ha. So there still is no work You think may be the winner? More time for proffessional designers then.
C'mon, don't put it this way! Many people will take advantage of the weekend to finish their works I think it's a good idea ^_^ and you mustn't be a pro to make a good work! That's great! I've never been really fond of the "rounded" look of iphone apps (in fact i'm using Alit- link -as a theme), but you really made it better Great work!
Yes, Yiu are right, but the problem is that all our amateur works where covered by designs from proffessionals. Your icon, for me the winning one, looks very proffessional and, to be honest, I won't believe You are not designer. The most important for me in this contest was to show other users my view at and fight among the best.
I like this one (blue one) best Great work! I'll keep on following the thread, i think next entries will be better, and better, and...who knows Fede
Sweet! I really like this one. I'd have to say at this point. This one as well as ziotoo4's are in the top running. They both really tie into the game and they stand nicely on the springboard! I also like Tim Kuyver's. I agree mine might do better for a Pirates of the Caribbean epic type game. I will try to make another this weekend If my 2yr old son will let me.
Ah I kinda forgot about this, didn't put in nearly as much time as I wanted to. Never mind, chrisrushing came in to destroy everyone anyway
Thanks everybody. If interested you can check out my other illustration work on my site in my signature. Bravo ziotoo4! Really solid work!
Ohh you're a graphic designer..That would make sense EDIT: Btw, I noticed you have your device specs in your sig. If you edit your profile and look around a bit, you'll see you can add your specs so they appear under your name [i.e. I have mine like that]
