Rest of the players will play in a clockwise direction. The player next in turn has to match the card on the discard pile, either by number or color. If the player does not have a matching card to play, he/she must take a card from the draw pile. HOUSE RULES .Cut - If a player not next in turn has a card matching the one on discard pile either by number or color, the player gets to play that card. .Pair - If a player next in turn has two cards matching the one on discard pile either by number or color, the player can play both cards at the same time.
