You get used to it. Always put your healing potions in the same slot. I used them so much that spot became second nature, just a quick raise hand off screen, whack heal with ring finger, continue dealing maximum retribution for stealing my precious packages. Try to always leave a spot where you can back up for a few seconds while you're healing or waiting for timers (never get yourself boxed in). Retreat immediately if you're getting hammered - but don't go too far, or they reset and your progress is lost. When I was going against particularly tough bastards I'd clear a swath of area I could retreat to before instigating a fight, or lead them to an area I could deal with. A couple of the really tough epic dudes I'd have to come back later for after leveling everything up. It was funny how a few that gave me such trouble were as easy as baby wompits after new equipment. Another healing tip - use potions instead of plain items, the timers work much faster. Toward the end, I had around 150 of the best healing to play with (never needed that many, but at that point I had so many ingredients...).
Hi everyone, I just discovered this game today and I'm quite impressed with it. I am playing on PC, and one of my favorite things is the ability to change the field of view/screen size - I love being able to make it reasonably zoomed in so I can see the details of the lovely animations/graphics. (This option may be available on the mobile versions but I was pleasantly shocked to find it as an option - generally it's not in most games.) Question: I am a little over three hours into the game and I have yet to find a way to get a fishing pole, or upgrade my pickaxe/saw. Is this something that I've overlooked, or does it occur naturally as quests are completed?
oh i see this thread bumped and i hope more content is on the way, easily worth 5 or 10 more euro again for me. Bscotch, will you give us more content?
They're working on an editor so people can make their own content. Not sure if they'll make another episode, but I hope they will...
I'm still psyched for the editor... but agreed - co-op or even just some CTF/KOTM romping would be INCREDIBLY AWESOME!!!
Loving the game!!! One issue thou. The back button is unresponsive most of the time. But really bad in the map. Is there a trick to it or is it a glitch. Anybody else having this issue? Once again, loving the game!!!!
The update sounds awesome! It seems like you'll be able to more specifically tailor your gear to certain loadouts / fights now. I'm actually gonna start fresh again with this one.
Haven't played this in a while and I have one simple question Since a couple updates have rolled around Have the controls changed at all or is it still the same Cuz I can't deal with the controls for long I do see controller support is added but I don't use one Just curious on that end of things everything else seems fine to me sure more varied enemies and better combat would be nice too
MAY THE BACON FAIRY HAVE MERCY ON MY SOUL....for I have sinned... I know not how to finish the juicemancy quest, for proceeding to the G.H.Q. location leads to nothing but folley and misery.... But for rill....is that the spot or what? Cuz nothing's happening yo.... like I stand there, read through the Bible and come back and still....nothing.... I'm beginning to think... SOMETHING. IS. A. FOOT.
The added stuff is always good.. but can we talk about that new icon? They fixed the res on it. It looks so good now I've been waiting forever!
