Universal Crashlands (by Butterscotch Shenanigans) - TA GotY 2016

Just got the game last night. Loving it so far. Map could be slightly better. I have hit a problem. I have a quest to find the Resonance Source and that it should be marked in the map but it's not. Can anyone help me.

 

Yeah I've done that, and I did it right since there was a talking cutscene, but now what do I do?

You can tap on any perk in the equip screen for its description. Toughness reduces the amount of damage you take by a percent. It's quite good, but I prefer turbo as it makes dodging monsters a breeze.

 

My only suggestion is to make the map scrollable. It's a little clunky having to use arrows to move the map around. Well, go ahead and add pinch zoom while you're at it. Other than that, it's an incredibly well done game. Such a time waster, I love it.

 

Have you gone back to the quest giver? (forgot the name). Talking to him should complete it.

 

Zoom map out. It is possibly in a section which you can't see where you are.

so I need the petrified amber by killing some Tartils... any idea where I can find them, what they look like etc... I don't think I have actually come across these yet...

 

Yeah I'm getting the same problem. Played on my iPad, saved to BS cloud, I see the cloudsave on my iPhone but it says can't retrieve campaign info, check internet connection. My internet connection is fine.

Any help with this?

 

If you wander far enough from your home base you'll see black tar pits. They usually hang around there. They look like black rock monsters that bounce around and spit fireballs at you.

That's right, it's loosely based on distance from your base.

 

Hello - has anyone played this on an iPhone 5 (not 5s). I am wondering if it will run.

Also, is it hard to play on a small screen? I'm debating getting it on my nexus 7 instead of on iOS.

Omg the Vomma are not the cutest pets, but they pack a punch! I haven't found a more efficient pet yet (but still need to evolve others I have). Look how strong the tier 3 projectiles are.

I had to delete and reinstall to fix this.

 

Wow! You have so many Epic pets! I only have an Epic Wompit and have a hard time doing fetch quests in the Bawg because there are so many. I hardly have the time to look for high level essences, let alone be able to kill the Epic monsters.

I currently use a tier 2 Wojack as my main right now. Never had the chance to use a Vomma but with your vid I'll give it a shot and make him tier 2, asap!

 

Can someone confirm the Vlapper in the bawg is made with the kiln? I was given the quest but do not have the recipe unlocked.

 

It is made with the Crystal Kiln, yes.
