There are 15 characters altogether in the game, you pretty much switch your set of characters when you advance into new areas. Also the first missions make up a bit of an unofficial tutorial, in that later in the game, completing the missions takes more runs and can be done with multiple characters. Cheers! I don't know about this game. This is another one of these hyped games that don't live up to the hype. There are only 9 or so characters.
