You can't possibly defend this. Nothing is done by the "developer" in this game. An obvious use of completed unity projects from the asset store immediately sets of some red flags for me. Granted, the game might still be original or have some redeeming qualities (for example level design or story) but nothing here is done by the "developer". The game is lifted straight as it comes out of the box into the AppStore. And even worse - this is his third time selling the same game over and over and over again. But then again, this game is aimed at minecraft-360-noscope-cod kids, so I don't really feel too bad for people getting scammed by this.
He had to of purchased the kits, so he has the rights to do whatever he wants with it. If he didn't tweak it and make his own game out of it, than who cares. He bought the rights for the product. Doesn't mean I'll buy the game. But he bought whatever comes with the kit, and uploaded it to the App Store hoping to get at least his money back somehow from selling the game over and over again. I'll 5 star anything that someone at least put their money or effort in, for making the game.
