New high scores on 44, 56, 58 and 111. I'm so proud of my 990 on level 44 (that's the level with the big swing) that I'm gonna put a picture up in my album.
How'd you get the timer to stop so quick? I've dumped everything up top as fast as I can, but only get 985 on #44. Also, you missed ctay's score on 112 (986 pts). I need 10 more pts to tie the person in front of me. If anyone can help on level 99, that would do it - I'm 22 pts behind on that one! Congrats!
The timer only stops when the swing is stopped. The little stop it makes at the end of each swing is enough but the first one is to soon (counter at 992) and the second one only gives you 985. So you need to stop the swing yourself... I added ctay's scores, she also had 989 on #104. I had a look at #99. I had 980 but I do not remember how I got it exactly. When I tried to recreate it I got 983. And there's more in it. Picture-hint in my album. Edit: there was definitely more in it: new high is now 989.
Awesome! You inspired me to go back to that level and try again... 986 now. Not sure there is more than 989 tho... all that unloading of objects takes time.
Actually, I've read at least the first 55 pages - not counting the first time I read them probably not understanding the context.
First, high score notes. Level 104 - that isn't my high score anymore (I only have 987). I'm surprised by all the new scores too. I figured with how many people had played these - especially earlier levels - scores were probably topped out. I sure never expected to do 20 in just the past 4 days and that doesn't count the other new high scores! But the real question is how have you ever managed to get within 13 points of the combined total of all the high scores? You must have found a new trick that gives you more consistency, especially since you gained them so fast. That is what happened to me. I learned a new strategy and fairly quickly gained lots of points as I went back through all the levels. But you must have at least one no one else knows about!
Okay, level 136 is one I keep coming back to - without success. Only have 968 pts and, frankly I can't think of anything new to try. Any hints? BTW, it occurred to me that some useful info, without necessarily giving away an entire solution, may be achieved by just telling people what you have to do to stop the timer. Like what pantsjo told me about on level 44. Now, I have plenty of levels where the timer stops but I lose, but just knowing how to stop the timer on some levels where it matters may lead to new achievements.
Of course, this also means I'm #1 with an iphone 4 - you know, the only really challenging version of the game!!!
Okay, here's a general question whose answer could be useful to some. I get slo-mo by simply letting the game run. Mostly I do this by letting the game run on level 7 overnight - think the screen has to stay on for it to work. Normally on my iphone 4, it takes 7 seconds to run that level if left alone. Right now I've gotten it to just a hair under 45 seconds. Now, before today it was maybe a half second longer for a full day with lots of playing (that also seems to gradually slow it down). I didn't run level 7 overnight this time, but this is a long time to stay at about the same speed. So, my question is, how slow do others get level 7 to? In the past, by the time I got to around 40, something would happen to lock up the game and I'd have to restart, losing my slo-mo so this is a record for me.
Level 120 new high 982. Drop the box on the bomb and then the wheel to the right or the left of the box, sometimes the wagon will push horizontally and not go up.
I've tried a bunch. Can you clarify some things? When you drop the box, do you have it centered over the bomb or what? I've tried different things, but often the box and/or wheel get blasted off screen of fall in the wagon or something. Even when it doesn't, the wagon won't stop soon enough.
