Yes, the left orange dies on iPad, iPad mini, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPhone X. The left orange can survive with iPhone SE, iPhone 7s. Im assuming it will survive with iPhone 6s as well, but havent confirmed that yet. Unfortunately, I dont have any of the devices that will work The main issue on iPhone X and iPhone 6 Plus is that a piece of rain strikes the left corner of the platform then bounces down and off the wall and eventually kills the orange. On iPhone 7s and iPhone SE this same piece of rain takes a slightly different path and does not kill the first orange. So unfortunately 999 may be device specific if this is indeed the same method used by Redgamer. I know cy@n has been able to achieve 998 (and eventually 999 when he puts a little pep in his step ) using that method in the picture.
Oh, I didn't realize that. Yeah I can confirm on 6S, left orange survives with no cover. That sucks :/ I was going back through old forum posts from a few years ago and I did a lot of whining about how my phone wasn't allowing me to beat levels, which motivated me to try harder now that I have a 6S with a bigger screen. Sure enough I finally hit the god pixel in 2-3 and a few other levels. It's kind of ironic that we now have a level that only works on smaller devices and not larger ones.
So this doesn't work on my iPad mini2. The left one dies. By the way, I could catch up on some old levels for which I was behind: 3-23 (994+1) Now on par 5-30 (998+1) Now on par 5-39 (993+2) So still 4 points missing It could be that the latest update allows for a little bit faster throwing of the first object. It would be especially interesting to see other players retry 3-23 to confirm that. Well, it still could be a slightly different timer, or updated physics simulation engine, or ...

10-12 For the record, due to the rain arriving sooner, this is harder, but still possible on narrow screens (iPad mini2)! As far as I know, it only works if you Spoiler use the second bomb to move the box.
