998 too here. And a found a # of points elsewhere (which is not too hard because I am bad). But the icloud sync does not work anymore. The scores have been transferred to the ipad but the better scores from the pad did not make it to the phone. The new phone scores do not transfer to the pad, new pad scores don't make it to phone. All switches in ios settings are unchanged. Any hints?
Same Game Center id on both devices? Wifi on? iCloud documents/data setting on, on both devices? Turn game off/on Wait one minute
In the game, make sure the cloud is enabled in its settings (the image of the cloud should be just that, an image of a cloud, without a line through it). In general device settings, iCloud, what is important is Documents & Data On. You are using same iCloud account? Must be as you say it used to be working. Strange for me is that in iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage, I never have seen CO2 appear (yes, I checked "Show All")
Well, that's on you this need to invent new solutions for every single extra point But I have to confess I had to tweak a little bit my 998 to make it a 999 (in the pocket). Quite easy now.
Clearly, if the old solution had given me the extra point, then I would not need the new solution. Congrats! Four levels left to 999! Where is mr quick fingers anyway?
I don't have Storage & Backup enabled. I did everything you guys write and it worked the first time, it transferred all the world 4 scores to the ipad and the scores where my phone had better scores. I also tried disabling and re-enabling icloud on both devices, to no avail. But I forgot one small detail. When I went back to the phone it asked me - properly misleadingly - if I wanted to load game progress data from icloud. I said no. Sounds like a PEBCAK issue and more a question to the developers. I don't find any option for icloud syncing in CO. I wonder if the guys are responsive, I'm gonna send them a question later.
With Documents&Data on On you should be using iCloud Storage. Backup is a separate item though. I have only seen the game asking me "use data from the cloud?" after (re-)installing a game and I always answered yes. But maybe in your case the phone detected there was newer data (or different?) in the cloud and asked you about it. Could be this never happened to me as I always was in synch. I found FDG to be responsive when contacted directly. Here in this forum they were active in the beginning only. The option for icloud syncing in CO2 can be found in Settings (next to the Facebook button). In my case it shows it is on (cloud):
I posted utter carp because I mixed up worlds. I don't have 998 in 4-34, in fact it is rather my worst level with -21. Any hint? I have been trying bomb on dynamite, second bomb to move sledge, kick orange with wheel and drop the last orange just where it needs to be. But no success so far.
Yep that solved it. The cloud was crossed out. I am too thick for all these symbols and icons. Why can't they put some decent label to them. And individual scores to the lvls like in CO1, that was brilliant. Did anybody say "stupid me" before here? All is fine now. Thanks saosijs. How very silly of me.
Standard solution (sledge up and down twice) gives you 985 maybe a bit more. Realizing that the last orange can be safe outside the sledge gives a much improved solution (sledge up and down once, one bomb is useless) and like 997 points. The 999 solution is pure magic
