The problem is the more points we get the more credible wale wang score looks

 

And 2-32 is a 999-er too. Lubricated fingers needed yes.

So out of 120 levels, we know that 115 can be done for sure with 999 (switching devices might be needed ). Left overs:

2-39 (-2)
3-18 (-4)
3-23 (-5)

One question for 2-19: "one wheel above it" in this post means on the plank above the orange? Is it a similar "hope and pray"-solution as in 2-3?

This is a correct position for 2-19 on iPad. Impossible on iPhone.

Same as 2-19 what Cowboy posted, though I remember the wheel a tiny bit more to the right for 2-3. Mainly I remember it was a lot of try and pray
