I do something different but with same result. Drop the bomb on top of the lower swing arm so that it falls off on the right side. The arm should make a full swing *clock*wise allowing to drop the orange immediately after the bomb. The other bomb is needed to get rid of the small ball which otherwise deflects acid rain towards mister orange.
