Check it out, just gone live in the last hour: http://pastebud.com No app install (it uses javascript & bookmarks) and it's free. Just works by adding two bookmarks, one for copy, one for paste. You go to the page with the text you want to copy, then select your COPY bookmark, which opens your page in a pastebud frame (for want of a better way of putting it), Then just drag your finger to select the text you want to copy, press one button to paste into a new email, or go to another safari page with a form you want to paste the text to, select your PASTE bookmark, and all editable fields on the page are highlighted in green, you just select the one you want to paste the text to, and voila! It actually works really well, I'm very impressed. Just works for Safari => Safari or Safari => Mail for now, but it's a start.
