Hey Everyone, the first review contest went so well, we'd like to have another! We just released an update to PuzzleFlow that makes it much easier to join random players! All you have to do is 'opt in' while playing your puzzle, and others can pull you in if they need a battle partner or a coop partner. Like before, the winner of this contest will receive $25! The runner up will receive $10 as well Rules are simple: Download the latest version of PuzzleFlow -here- (Universal app, but iPad is best). Write a short, honest review for us! Even if you've already reviewed, write another for this version! Reply back with your review username and the store you reviewed in. Enjoy the game! The winner will be chosen randomly on January 23rd. Thank you everyone for your support!!!
Reviewed as Rinarita in the U.S. AppStore! I also included what I'd love to see in a future update. It's cause I've been having trouble getting 3 stars for a lot of the puzzles, so to know what completion time I need would be a good idea I think! Thanks for the contest
Hi Rinarita, thanks! RIght now we have it set that you need to complete 100 pieces without a background picture or puzzle mat in under 15 minutes to get 3 stars. Do you think this is too aggressive? We could set it to 30 minutes.
I think that's not too bad actually, so that should be fine But what about the puzzles with less than 100 pieces? I think it'd be beneficial to have the time limits needed to achieve 3 stars for all the different numbers of pieces possible (covering the entire range if that makes sense). So players have an idea of what to aim for in order to achieve 3 stars for every puzzle, depending on the number of pieces they choose to do! This is entirely my opinion, but it's just something I thought would be good to consider
Thank you everyone for the reviews! Rinarita, we run some tests, and updated the next release to give players 3 stars if they can complete the puzzle in under an hour with no background image or grid. There will now be a handy icon in the lower-left that tells you how many stars you'll get, given your progress. We may update it to vary based on the number of pieces in the future. Thank you for your feedback!
Hi Dorothy, this is a good question What do you think? We also considered removing the time limit altogether - If a player can complete 100 pieces without a background or grid, that might be enough to warrant 3 stars. (Note that you can still use the little thumbnail picture in the upper right.) What does everyone think? We're happy to change these rules based on feedback.
