When i saw the video it said near the en "it is time for upgrades" and i thought damn iaps all over the place. I hope not cause it looks like a nice game. If no iaps an instant buy for me.

To answer your question, Commando Jack will have some IAPs if you wish to unlock in-game weapons/upgrades quickly but I must stress that you are not required to buy any IAPs to play the game and to get full enjoyment from it.
