Universal Commander Pixman (by One Minute Games)

    Yeah, maybe they will come to the full version too, but at the beginning I want to create "unique" lite version, with fresh levels. But don't be worry! New levels will come to full version as well! Even more than 30 ;)

    I have been eyeballing this for awhile. Finally made the purchase. The Super Meat Boy comparisons drew me in. Can't really go wrong with Retro.

    So guys, I have another question for you... Do you like completely new achievements - or achievements taken directly from missions ?

    New achievements could be more "classic", like "Kill 1000 monsters" or something.

    To the attention of OneMinuteGames devs:

    I can't unlock the level 12 of extra levels (pick a badge on level 42 in 13.0 seconds)...could u send me a PM or write down the solution please?

    We have talked about this mission earlier too ;)

    You have to kill all monsters as fast as you can, start from the one on top, then jump down very fast and turn left, kill all monsters while moving left under the crushers, then destroy double gunner on the left, turn right again under crushers. Then destroy double gunner just before finish, and jump very fast on hidden spikes before finish and jump slightly once again, becouse they should emerge by this time! And that's it!

    Yeah, it is pretty hard - but this is 12th mission, it should be that hard!

    Thank you!! Yep, there was the solution in the previous posts, but I have done something like 500 deaths and have not yet passed it LOL
    Ok, will go for other 500 deaths...oh it would be sweet if u could put a video of the solution on youtube please please!! I will buy your next game if u do this ahaha :D

    I found it easier to jump down the left side after killing the monster on top, then kill one of the monsters in the tunnel, then the double gunner, then the other tunnel monster and the last double gunner. It works well, and seems easier than jumping down the passage full of mines and going under the crushers twice.

    Yeah, this is also an option, but in matter of time - both passages are similar. I prefer the first one, maybe because it was the first try ;)

    @foxmulderino - Maybe I'll post you a solution video, but try some more maybe ;) btw. you have beat all 'escape' levels ?

    Oooh!! I got a fun achievement: "Die 10,000 times." Because I probably have died WAY more than 10,000 times :p

    Thank you vm! Sure I will try again and again :) Yep I've beat all escape levels with badge and three stars...also all bonus levels until level 11 with badge and three stars...now I want to finish the game PERFECTLY!!!! eheheh I will do it! :p

    As you wish: there will be "Die 10,000 times" achievement :D

    @foxmulderino, If you beat all other levels, you will get trough this 12 mission ;)

    Commander Pixman first "real" update is about to be submitting for Apple for review!

    It will bring:

    + Full Game Center support, with 20 achievements at start, more to come. ( Achievements will resemble missions - so I've changed my mind ;) ) If someone doesn't like Game Center, it could be disabled.

    + Scoring system - you will be on Game Center leaderboard from the beginning, getting stars, badges and improving your timing will get you higher!

    + Best time ghost - you can see your best run on current level as you play. And here is the question for you. Should it be enabled by default ? For now it is not, it could be enabled from settings app, what do you think ?

    + Timer could be now stopped before game begins, this is something you asked for. Once again - disabled by default. Be aware that setting makes game a little bit easier ;) So it is NOT for real hardcores ;)

    + 20 hard levels ( 15 to "Escape" pack and 5 extra ), oh they are hard!
    + But worry not, it will also bring entire new 'pack' - "First Blood", with 25 completely new, easier levels.
    + So total number of whooping 45 new levels for Commander Pixman!
    + ... if 5 new extra levels, so as 5 new missions.

    Update 1.1.0 should be available at 3rd of November

    Free version of Commander Pixman: "Commander Pixman: First Blood" is also coming to the store! It will feature 25 levels from First Blood pack.

    I'll post some video and screenshots showing new features on Tuesday! What do you think ? ;)

    Very excited for this update. Can't wait!

    Everything looks perfect. GC and more levels.. what else do I need? :cool:

    As for if the ghost should be enabled by default.. that all depends on if it's distracting or not. Most games have them on as default (that I've played). I'd do it just incase some people don't read update notes or go to settings menu at all.

    Hi... developer here ;)

    @ninjackid, about Update Features, look at my post #133. About arrival - Still 3 November is planned ( week from now ).

    I'm doing final tweaks before submitting to Apple. You know, I have to be sure about new level timings, capability of killing all monsters and stuff like this. I'm testing Game Center achievements right now ( they are done, but I've to be sure that everything is working ) Probably I'll submit the game tomorrow. I've thought about today, but I don't think I could do that, I've to be sure that everything will be working fine!

    "Lite" version is done, submitted to Apple and also should be available November 3rd... Called "Commander Pixman: First Blood" ;)

    @Robotwars: OK, you convinced me that 'in-game ghost' should be enabled by default ;)

    @foxmulderino: Great thanks you think that ;)

    Guys, if you like Commander Pixman, tell your friends since sales dropped to something like 10 per day ;)
