It won't work on the iPod Touch or iPhone 3GS. Only on iPhone 4 and 4s along with iPad 2 and the new iPad.
I was just looking at the post before from Shinsaku who said it wont be on ipod touch 4th gen (seems crazy if thats the case)
The reason I said that is because under their beta testing post, the picture says that they are only looking for testers that have the iPhone 4 & 4s and iPad 2 and the new iPad. Believe me, I'm upset as well because I have an iPod 4th Gen. I sent them my info and everything and after I was done I was told to look at their pic and see what they were asking for in testers.

This looks really good. It reminds me a lot of the Marvell Ultimate Alliance series...this is a good thing.
Hmm...my 2 pence.. seems okay, but I wasnt really thrilled at the combat. Also other than the punch and kick sound effects which seems would get quite monotonous over a long time of button mashing through levels, is there any voiceover fighting talk from the foes or signature one liners from the superheroes... to sort of break up the action a bit with spontaneity, or add a bit of humour while you're kicking a** ? I saw that you can break crates for possible health tokens or something you mention, but I think a good idea would be to have some instant power ups hidden in crates too... and maybe more objects to smash cars, phone boxes etc... ignore me if these features are in fact already in the game. Oh and one more thing, the number 1 request I 'd like to see implemented in any game if possible... MULTIPLAYER! would be really cool to be able to pair up two idevices and have an onscreen team play...think Streets of Rage, Captain Commando etc... I'd appreciate if any beta testers could pitch these thoughts to the developers anyway thanks for the preview.
No voice acting, but it's not much of a deal breaker imo, but I come from the old days, haha. No power ups in crates besides health and energy. I have already made your suggestion in these regards. I'm not sure about multiplayer. I will ask! Oh and I forgot to mention, there are lots of bosses to fight, but I won't spoil anything...
So this still hasn't been released, has it? DC's Facebook page said this game was going to be released August 1st, but that probably was a tentative release date... Too bad...
