You guys are quick! Thanks for posting everyone. I will PM codes soon to: Revlisoft chemist20 Ahiru AlvinDj Be sure to read the in game Help... this TD has a bit of RTS thrown in with it.
wow thanks!!! that was a fun camping anyways!!! (although the 18 hours on walmart to get the 360 back on launch could have driven my sister crazy..)
Yeah... the last post was on the 50 post mark so I couldn't see what the new post was... When I reloated I saw a new page (pagination) come up.. lol so fired it up too early! That almost sucked since there was a 30 second time between posts limit... So AlvinDJ, thanks! lol.
I was waiting the whole day yesterday but got stuck at work... The subway finally came out of the tunnel right at 7:01 and by then it was too late.. I was the 5th poster. Talk about bad timing yesterday! lol.
yay!! i'd camp again tomorrow, but my friends and i are gonna to a pizza place.. but saturday i'll camp!! (just for fun eh)
Aww come'on... give others a chance You know how it feels after anticipating so long but end up missing it
i went ahead and watched all the videos on your site, you sure went into all the minutia of a td game i like what i see in the videos, mechanics wise. but i must say the animations are very off-putting. the vehicles appear to 'slide' and not actually 'drive', and the bullets appear to just, well, appear, rather then 'shoot'. please consider adding more animations to your sprite sheets.
Thanks for checking it out. The weapon effects all animate except for the Laser due to it being too close (range) to enemy. The capture software for the video doesn't pick up the true effect speed. Here's a quote from our 1.1 anouncement thread that might answer your question about enemy animations "Coming in Future Updates Animated Mech+Airbourne enemies, double the number of Towers to choose from using Tower Editor, plus multiple escape hatches on the Map for the enemy to spawn from randomly." We originally tried to keep the number of SpriteSheets down but with 1.2 will be adding another to give the enemy animations more life.
everything seems to be going in the right direction then. looking forward to the demo version. sounds like you're living up to the 'being committed to the game' part in the intro video, good sign
