Yes, my account is US, and I've redeemed gift cards from two other contests here. It's some mistake on their end. Either simply sending me a wrong code or something else. In any case, they should come back with a response. It's been more than 3 days.

Thanks for the new code, unfortunately it came up as invalid too. I had my brother try it with his account (US) as well. I tried copy/pasting it, and typing it out too.

Yes, invalid. And I sent the screenshot to Com2us earlier. The error message verbatim is "The code you entered is not recognized as a valid code."

the code u got is 18 bytes?
Maybe u should count it to check.
