Ignorant much? Anyway, I don't know why people look forward to these sales anymore. Sales happen so much that there's nothing to look forward to anymore. I don't know about you guys, but I have NOTHING at all on my wish list right now (which is good, most games have become boring to me so I end up deleting them really quickly anyways).
July 4 (1776) is when the U.S. became "officially" independent from Great Britain and adopted the Declaration of Independence. A ton of people just call it the "4th of July" (including me).
Well, I also agree with backtothis. IMO, Inotia 3 is one of the best KRPGs for iPhone, but I'm an RPG fan so my opinion might be biased. Seriously though, I really like it.
I don't give a rat's tale of US independence day(btw us ppl not all on earth is about u!!), but I always fancy a sale. You sure gameloft will do sale too? I read somewhere(not 100% sure tho) that Gameloft is French? Altho I would love to get Nova 2
Finally, someone who has the courtesy to explain when Independence Day is and how it came about. All I knew before this is that the 4th of July is an important day in the US calendar (as are Christmas, Memorial Day and Thanksgiving) and that it is also associated with Amerikans lighting fireworks and the Jackass crew lighting their farts but that's all I knew about the 4th of July/Independence Day, oh and that it has to rank as one of Will Smith's worst ever movies. Period.
You'd better not talk like that otherwise the USA will probably invade Finland and take your hawt women and reindeer (I think that's the next best thing after oil seeing as you have none
You guys, get back on topic. And to the people who don't know what Independence Day is, shame on you (and I live in Canada...)
Firstly, reindeers only live in far north, and what hawt women?! Also, US doesn't have time for small country next to Russia. And all US people I met haven't known much of Europe and talked of US Stuff like we should all know it, wow thanksgiving is so huge...
Not saying US people are bad. So don't go hating on me after I just said, not everything is circeled around USA.
Independence Day is a holiday (4th July) in USA that was created to celebrate the release of Will Smith's Independence Day movie.
Better add half-drunk people staying up late after the BBQ to play Bubble Bobble+ and Jungle Speed. (Not to mention multiplayer World of Goo,Jelly Car 2 and Wario Ware... can you guess how I spent my Saturday night? )
Damn, I wish Homerun Battle 3D was on sale. Might pick up Inotia 3. Do I need to play through Inotia 1&2 before playing 3?
What do you mean shame on you, Canada is directly next to the US. Plus you guys do many things the US do. What about those who live in Australia? Why the hell would we need to know about independence day when it has no meaning or importance to us what so ever. Its like me asking you when Australia Day is. Do you know when that is? What about when Australia got its own rights and laws and was no longer ruled by Britain. If "YOU" don't know that then shame on "YOU"
There's a lite version you can try out - which if you're like me, it'll crash a few times, and when it finally works you'll shamble about a bit and get to shoot a zombie or two before dying. Looks like a neat game, seemed to run poorly on my iPhone4, which was surprising as Com2Us games are usually decent. My guess it is like that since it's a cell phone port, which doesn't bother RPGs as much as action games.
