Mom had cancer and was dying. She lived in a nursing home. I was both heartfelt and gratified to be there (last year) to help feed her the Thanksgiving meal. We chatted and laughed. That was ALWAYS a GOOD thing. I miss her VERY MUCH and it made today a little rough to be without her. But, I feel she knew I did my best to ease her pain and to be together with her for this holiday. (Peace be with you, Mom! Love, P.) For 24th: When I was a kid , I always long for holidays especially thanksgiving for nice food and lots of fun , family getting together ... Such a happy memory in my heart . Now grown up , things funny and happy ever seems not funny and happy again to me. I lost something , something maybe never comes back again . Happy Thanksgiving everyone! This thanksgiving has been pretty memorable I just drove three hours to get home with lots of snowy roads! I just got to fix the snowblower and snowblow the driveway now I get to make dinner!!! I hope mine looks like this!
