      Number 3 is telling the truth because of implausibility of the other statements. Even if the bird and the cow could paint/read how would that affect that gaming mechanic. Thus that leads me to believe that it is in fact number 3 that is telling the truth because jumping is obviously a mechanic that would be incorporated into the game not painting or reading(though those are all good talents)
