I'm totally addicted, spent $ (5$) to support devs. Got some 3* and the 4* healer Mira. This game is amazing. Voice acting, huge skill tree, weapons, story, base building, sweet visuals. Events , guilds , co-op. It's AMAZING & so generous. Anything but money grubbing. >.< I've found my mobile love One thing: anyone notice their phone on fire after playing an hour or two straight? Maybe a memory leak? But it's legit on fire afterwords. Very hot and it can crash after a long play. Makes me think of memory leak. Esp since it'll eat your battery from 100% to 60% in less than an hour. I will be throwing down some more cash for this amazing title. Thank you for not inserting an energy bar like most.
So it appears to evolve your hero's star * level you need rainbow runes. Very rare. You get them from summoning hereos you already have in the shop. Instead of duplicate you'll get rainbow rune. I need 50. That can't be the only way to evolve your hereos! Anyone else know how to obtain them?
To answer some questions: Rest bonus is a 100% bonus to your rank exp earned after completing a level. After you use up your rest bonus you can still play indefinitely as you stated. To evolve a unit from 3 stars to 4 stars or 4 to 5 you do not need rainbow runes. Those are used to "Soul Surge" the unit raising all stats by a significant amount. In order to evolve you need to have their affinity reach maximum (180) and then in town click on the Event bubble over their head to show what is needed for evolution. You will need the colored runes for their class, ie green for lancers, as well as their rare class runes that drop from normal levels. Evolving 3 to 4 is pretty easy, 4 to 5 takes quite a few high level runes. Once you evolve the character's name will change and unlock the last 25 soul board upgrades. Remember you can only evolve ONCE, you CAN NOT bring a 3 start unit to 5 stars.
ok, this is growing on me, and oddly sometimes reminding me of Kingdom Hearts. Anyone else? But please, what are the best camera settings to use? many times i find my vision obscured by walls, and in that "Tutorial Bossfight where spoily stuff happen" i tried to use the archer girl but she couldn't lock on to the boss without getting close enough to get hit. Help!
Yea its the star runes and class runes you need to evolve. In the hard stages you can score the star runes but the class runes (little runes with sword or bow etc in them) are more rare. I got my 3 for evolve by using instant tickets on the stages that had them as possible drops, thats the best way.
Spent some money on IAP, too, after I rolled the anchor axe and Leah back to back. I was never as lucky as in this game so I'll gladly take the opportunity. This will stay on my device for a long time for sure. Switched from playing it on iPhone 5 to iPad Air 2. Had some crashes and hickups on my 5 but it runs flawlessly and without any issues on the Air2. I hope they will keep it that way and dont add a stamina bar later on. This is like the best thing which could have happened. Also, it's really very generous. They throw gems at you like candies.
I cant tell what dupe character I rolled since I skipped the animation but I actually got a rune star. That's an instant soul surge level up. It was a free silver roll which appears on the map now and then.
How the hell do i reset progress? The cloud save inGC is always automatically downloaded when i load a newly installed game with a new GC file (deleted the old one with the file deletion). How to delete or reset progress?
Boy..Having a lot of fun with this game and barely playing anything else. As others stated, you can play infinitely. The freemium isn't bad at all...the game is pretty generous. I like the "casual" feel, at least at the lower difficulty. I've already upgraded 2 characters to 5 stars level and didn't have to play like crazy.
Progress is bound to your GameCenter Account so maybe try to disconnect from GC and reinstall the game before you start it for the first time. Usually those games tend to ask you if you want to keep your new savegame on your device or the one bound to GC once you're connected to GC again.
I tried deleting the game and removing its GC listing, and the next install the game still recognizes and loads the cloudfile. I will try logging out later. To be honest though, i kinda lost interest in this now that i started playing Marvel Future Fight again. Still, this is a good freemium game to play as an option for anyone looking for a good free action RPG.
Does anybody know how to get the free golden draws (there's one for a character and one for a weapon) on island 2 (Istarka Isle)?
You usually have to find the secret route to get to the special missions which mostly grant a free roll once you reach them. They have a purple arrow which you should follow as well as stronger enemies.
