I'm thinking of getting colloquy for my iPod touch and talk to friends when I'm not on the desktop computer. My first question is if there is a certain server you have to be on or can you go to any sever you want, and does it allow me to join channels with a password?
You can choose any server you want to connect to and there is an option to join rooms with a password.
I forgot to ask, but does colloquy allow pm's? I tried irchon and deleted it because I couldn't join rooms with a password or pm someone
Yeah, you can PM people. I bought Colloquy a while back - best IRC client I've used on my iPod Touch.
