    Originally, you could only use the Conduit Rod on a level where there was an activated Conduit. I removed this restriction late in development, but I've identified a couple of areas where it can cause problems NOT having this restriction.

    I've been looking at that and I think it relates to above point. Technically you shouldn't have been able to teleport out of 11b, but you could. It's a screw up on my behalf.

    v1.3 is still in progress but will be ready by tomorrow probably. I'm mostly testing out the mana regeneration that's been added to make sure it doesn't hurt the balance of the game. I'll also add any other little things that pop up while waiting for v1.2 to come out.

    Going to let v1.2 go through and v1.3 will follow immediately after. v1.2 should happen any moment (hopefully), so it's probably silly to cancel it at this point.

    What about the Caster's Retreat spell? Doesn't that present the same problem? Sounds like you dug yourself into a hole on this one. Best solution might be to allow parties to teleport back to the tile they teleported from. That or Retreat needs to be replaced with something else (or do something else).

    I'm not really in the mood to start over, so is there a way you can tweak the puzzle in 11b to be teleport friendly in 1.3? Maybe some way to reset it? Or what about a one use reset level token? More than one save could obviously help here as well.

    Yep - I'm looking at some way to do a reset on that 11b puzzle area in particular - it's a big, complicated one.

    Needless to say, there's no "free-teleporting" in my new game :)

    Sorry - missed that. Yes, this is correct. I'll be pulling Retreat as well. The cases where you can get in trouble with the spell or the Conduit Rod are few, but they do exist. With the Conduit rules reinstated, and the Retreat spell axed, things should be okay.

    At this stage I'll be replacing Retreat with a "Speed" spell that was originally in the game. It essentially acts as a "Haste" on the party and lets you dash around the place for extended periods.

    That is, unless something else pops into the old brain in the meantime...

    EDIT: Actually, something better did come along. "Retreat" is being replaced with another spell that was in an earlier build of the game, "Breach" - permanently halves an enemy's magic resistance.

    As we are still waiting for 1.2 can anyone enlighten me with what actually happens with these review processes, new game and update?

    Stuck on level 6 :/

    Got 2 blue hue stones for the blue metal door but theres another one in the middle of location 6 with a teleport field... How can imget to there ? Are there any secret butons in location 6..

    Havent found any keys yet

    Level 7a. Why in the hell can i not go trough the first door (where there was no key needed), after i trleported myself to 2a to go fishing and them back to 7a ? I mean the wooden door with blood on it after the metal door what i meantioned without any keys needed???

    Moving Blocks

    Sorry to be a pain but can anyone, Steve (?), answer my question on post 370 or point me to a post where it's previously been answered? Thanks.

    That does sound like a bug. I took the blocks off the pressure plates later on without any change. So either I completed certain things to lock the state in or the game sees you are missing blocks and thinks the puzzle has not been solved. Or something even more bizarre.
    You did find the hidden alove with two more blocks in it? It is behind the pressure by itself that controls the flames to the nearby hallway. Cannot remember what you have to do to activate it though (I think it was something to do with putting the first two blocks down on the correct ressure plates).

    v1.2 is up on the App Store now (or will be very soon). Putting the finishing touches on v1.3 and then it will be submitted tonight.

    Definitely a bug - it shouldn't be possible to carry blocks through teleporters OR down stairs, and it definitely wasn't when I wrote that stuff. Possibly something else that got bugged during development. I'll test it and slip it into the fixes tonight for v1.3 - if it's broken, it should be something pretty simple to fix.

    you may need to find a blue point to recover
    if there is not a blue point,you can use conduit rod to go to another level to recover

    or you may play again

    Disappointing - the game is no longer playable
    After updating to 1.2 my saved game would not load, I had reached level 9
    Restarted but new game crashes when going down stairs from level 3 to level 4

    update 1.2

    Upgraded to 1.2 and started a new game. Down to level 6. Think I have found all the secrets for levels 1-5 (but am not 100% sure). No crashes, all good so far.

    Secret area in Area 7a

    I am playing the game a second time with update 1.2. Looking at getting the secrets I missed the first time around.

    In area 7a very close to the green door there is a secret activated by 2 buttons which contains . . . nothing!. You get a message saying "That was disappointing". Is this just a joke or is some sort of moral lesson being taught?

    You need to find 4 colour wheels and set them to yellow. This is similar to the floor above where there was a red door.
    From memory there was not much behind the yellow door only a gold key

    I am not down to 9b again yet so I am not sure. Some floor pits cannot be raised you have find an alternative path to the areas of interest.

    You do not have to solve all the puzzles to finish the game.
