Thanks! There are 25 different enemies in the game, some of which are pretty tough to get to. If you encounter a Wizard run, don't walk. The items are generated from the barcode's value, and there are literally billions of combinations for the name, graphic, cards and color palette. You will never find an item which is exactly identical to another, though items always reproduce the same item, so you can share what you find with your friends! Yes, unfortunately that is a bug. I've already fixed it and submitted to Apple for review. It was so simple, really annoyed that creeped in, it'll be right shortly though.
Back in the day there was a little game like this and it was basically my favorite thing ever. Definitely have to try this out.
I haven't gotten to play much yet. Made it to floor 4. I'm enjoying the style overall but sometimes I feel a certain item or enemy looks silly. It's nothing that upsets me though, so it's not a problem. I worry how much I'll like the gene in a few days if the only progression comes from scanning bar codes and none comes from doing well in the game itself. I'm very interested in seeing the meta build though. It'll be fun if something common like a can of coke is a super powerful item.
In my country we say: Free given vinegar is sweet as honey. So i am not complaining for what this game could or could not be. I like it it is totaly free and so much fun. Of course just like others i would like to donate to the dev. If given the option i will in a future update.
Well, unfortunately my artistic skills have limits The best item sent by a user so far is found in Kirkland Signature Organic Coconut Oil. I'm posting good finds on Twitter @BarcodeofArms The game is primarily about hunting barcodes for items, so I didn't want to try to put 10lbs of stuff in a 5lb bag and add another character progression system for the game. That said, I plan to continue working on it, so if anyone has good suggestions on how to improve that I'd love to hear it. I like that saying, I'm going to remember that If you have some constructive suggestions I'd love to hear them. The game is just the singular vision from one man, me. This is a great game, labor of love, and hidden gem. I never play card games on my phone as it is too small. This game is perfect for the iPhone. Everything is just big enough to see, you can read the cards, it is simple to learn and play on the run, and just right for a quick, easy, but challenging game. If you added a donation feature to a future upgrade, I would certainly contribute to your efforts. The only question/suggestion I have is Does it get more difficult? I hope so! Thank you for this game!
Another bug, user bonus attack damage doesn't seem to be added into attacks correctly. As a side note, the game is a lot of fun...finally upgraded every item to legendary. Looking forward to the healing update!
Just so you know, I just freaking made an account to write this. Great job dude. And congratulations on sticking to it and seeing the thing through. Would you consider making the code open source since you clearly are not doing this just for the money? I think it would be very educational for a lot of us.

Is our deck made from the items in our inventory? Only equipped items? I assume not only equipped because I still have common cards despite not wearing any common gear. But there could be a base deck we add too I guess. What happens if I drop everything but epic gear, am I going to have a hard time since all my cards are 4 and 5 cost?
You are very welcome, it was a labor of love, thank you for your kind words. It should get more difficult once you reach level 5. Each level before that introduces new monsters to be able to spawn. Once you've reached level 5, they are all able to spawn, including the Wizard and Dragon (which are the hardest). If people are finding it too easy I could tune it to make some of the earlier monsters stop spawning as you advance levels. Also, if you have a good deck, the beginning might be a bit easier, which was my intention. Full Legendary already?! If you have a standard 2 DMG card watch it's card face when you play the +1 ATK and the card itself should be modified to read 3 DMG, then when you play it, it will result in 3 DMG. It will also be in your card play history bar, cards are recorded there with any additional effects so one played with +1 ATK would read 3 DMG where one without would be 2 DMG. That is quite a compliment, thank you I know it seems small, but that really does mean a lot. I won't be making it open source, but that's because we'd just instantly see clones in the App Store. I think it it hard enough to make, and the profit (free) low enough, that my game and it's player community can continue along for a long time having fun, discussing and adding features, etc... Also, if you're interested, I'd be happy to have a private discussion about any aspect of it to help you learn more. The deck is made of only equipped items. Common cards are still found on Legendary items because you need them for the reason you mentioned. Only having Legendary cards would make it kinda hard to play. It seems that if the buff duration is for multiple turn it doesn't apply to the cards you pick up next.
The way I made it, 1 turn basically means the current turn so you could stack effects. Does that clear it up?
For example in my current game I have a +1 attack bonus for 2 turns. I pick next an evasive maneuver but its attack is still 1. Next turn I pick waterfall with 3 attack which is correct (2 normaly + 1 bonus).
On a second thought waterfall is a magical attack, should it be affected by the attack buff ? PS : sorry for my bad english Edit : I am wrong, waterfall was not affected as it is already a 3 attack card, sorry...
